  Dear United States companies: If you are going to have a customer service department please hire people that speak clear English! It's ridiculous that I have to say "What did you say" after each sentence. @dish You just lost a long time customer because of this! I canceled serv.

  I miss my #DISH! Enjoyed the service and the performance of the whole @dish organization. BUT they kept dropping all my local and sports channels. I couldn’t do without them so I had to move on. Miss you @Dish!

  @dish customer service is terrible!In need of a service technician according to phone call and online help BUT it will be a week before we can get a technician to you. And that is supposed to be OK? A week is the best @dish can do. That's good service!

  A pissing match between @GrayMediaGTN and @dish over local channels have left paying customers without service for these. Ultimately only those 2 greedy companies benefit. #Merica

  @dish The new menu is horrible! The old menu was awesome and could actually see everything on it from a distance. Now if you accidentally move onto the favorite station channel logo and hit select, it takes the channel off. The old menu, you had to hit guide button twice to edit your channels with no accidental loss of your channel. Terrible new menu!Thinking of going back to Direct Tv!

  @dish_answers Thank you! After her initial call, a tech came to her house to do some upgrades. Then she started getting calls asking her to send a $249 check to cover the upgrade and keep her service. She finally called Dish today and was told to not pay. Very odd but all seems ok.
