    @lfs6b @dish pulls this crap all the time lately. For whatever reason Dish doesn’t put your 5pm-7pm LFS6B in the guide so my DVR won’t record the episode automatically. I have to check it and record whatever they have in that slot. Today it was Stinchfield for two hours. Someone should really look into it.

    Idk why I bother calling @dish, if I go back through my notes of the other 8million issues we’ve had, I always find the solution before the reps. The reps shouldn’t be so busy trying to upgrade services Dish can’t provided and selling mobile! #5hourswasted

    @dish_answers it's for my father in CT, whom i have had to take over decisions for. @GrayMediaGTN is a bunch of greedy bastards, **** them , put CBS national on and stop negotiating with them.

    @dish_answers You still didn’t answer a thing! Guess you don’t care to pay for a service you don’t receive? See, I can blow smoke up every customer’s rear end too, but if I owned a major company as @dish I would offer a discount for not having channels they’re paying for and not receiving!

    Not happy with @dish. Dad died two months ago & mom is in nursing home. I’m trying to cancel the service and the representative keeps trying to sell services to me. I get asking once; but I’ve made it very clear I’m not interested and just want to cancel. Call is now 15-plus min.

    Statement from Gray Media on the dispute with @dish: Despite all this, Gray stands ready to finalize an agreement with Dish and restore its stations to Dish’s platform, without the unprecedented provision that it outrageously demands. Absent an immediate resolution of this dispute, Gray will enforce its rights against Dish’s bad faith negotiating conduct and will seek restitution for the millions of dollars in damages that Gray has incurred from Dish’s repeated, continuing and undisputed breaches of the parties just-expired distribution agreement.

    Hi @dish My Mom got a call today saying her equipment is outdated and she needs to pay $249 for new hardware and install. Would you all make such a call or is this a scam? Need to know if this is legit or if I need to start making calls to cancel any fraudulent charges 😒

    @dish_answers But it never ever changes. Its the exact same bands all the time for years now. And I know there's. More then those 3 bands for unplugged. Just stinks.

    I don't know who's ******* up more @dish or @nbc and gray media!! But dish just so you know you guys do already charge us the service so it should be free. You're right maybe they caught eye on the fact that you charge us for their service that was free just an idea.

    @Gelaskim6202009 @dish I pay $12 a month for local channels and you cut them off? I will be canceling my service after this billing cycle. Blaming Gray won't work. Paying in total $ 169.74, with about $50 of that for boxes, oh and a protection fee on Rented equipment.

    The junk fees from @dish charging me early termination fees when i moved to a neighborhood that doesn't allow satellites. Customer for 10+ years and even paid a bill where I was already moved out but they want to charge me another fee for leaving early. Ridiculous.

    @dish Another feud with source providers. Why am I not surprised, and also why I am no longer a Dish Network customer. You finish up one feud just to start another. No wonder y'all are ->||<- that close to bankruptcy.

    @dish when the equipment fails, hard drive crashed, having no tv, you shouldn’t charge customers for expedited shipping to get a new hopper, just really poor customer service. I really had higher hopes for DISH

    It’s insane that @dish and @GrayMediaGTN can’t get this issue resolved over their CBS channels. First I missed March Madness games and now the Masters is looming and still nothing. I don’t care your reasons - figure it out and fix it! @dish_answers #INeedARefund
