Beware of @dish folks! They mistakenly added a technician visit fee to my bill and are now saying the only way to remove it is if I buy their Dish Protect insurance! Just take off the damn charge! This was NOT MY MISTAKE!

@dish_answers as I told @Xfinity , consumers should be able to pick and choose the channels I WANT, not packages, I don't want/need Music, kids channels, sports channels, old **** black & white movies, etc. I'm & Consumers are paying for **** we/I DON"T WANT! FIX IT NOW !
