  @dish_answers I had the most frustrating call today to Dish. I am with dish for more then 10 years and I am treated like trash. Zero customer service not even the manager. They took many channels away from me also the local ABC channel. I am also not getting my bills anymore.

  Why I stayed with @dish for as long as I do baffles me. When it came down to taking care of an almost 20 yr costumer they chose not to. Then chose to rip me off for as much money as they could in getting their crap back. Charlie your company sucks when it comes to the people.

  @wis10 @graymediagtn DISH could pull local stations. So I can get the station over the air? Why are you going up on your rates to carriers? Is there any information that you could share on why the increase? You are an ad based service. @dish is standing up to the Mob.

  Dear United States companies: If you are going to have a customer service department please hire people that speak clear English! It's ridiculous that I have to say "What did you say" after each sentence. @dish You just lost a long time customer because of this! I canceled serv.

  @dish_answers I've been dealing with setting timers Long before you were born, most likely. So there's nothing to discuss. I set the ******* thing properly. The signal went away. If I was clairvoyant, I would have put it on the OTA.

  Hi @dish My Mom got a call today saying her equipment is outdated and she needs to pay $249 for new hardware and install. Would you all make such a call or is this a scam? Need to know if this is legit or if I need to start making calls to cancel any fraudulent charges 😒

  The junk fees from @dish charging me early termination fees when i moved to a neighborhood that doesn't allow satellites. Customer for 10+ years and even paid a bill where I was already moved out but they want to charge me another fee for leaving early. Ridiculous.
