    Well this is bullshit. @DIRECTV DirecTV is forcing me to watch this Balt/MN OT instead of the Chiefs. **** I even have Sunday ticket and that channel is blacked out. Get your **** together

    Hey @DIRECTV - your phone support is so incredibly bad, it's almost funny. Agents that are so stuck a script they can't even listen or process...they have no clue what they're doing... can't escalate a call to a supervisor. Truly pathetic. Paying for 3 streams but can only use 2.

    Lol I CANT EVEN SIGN UP FOR DIRECTV STREAM! Site is completely broken on iPhone, iPad and my MacBook Pro when you try to select a package. This is ridiculous! @mcuban @ATT @DIRECTV

    I’ve been a customer of @DIRECTV for 20 years and the complete lack of customer service just motivated me to cancel. It’s sad that brands no longer care about loyalty. #directvsucks

    @DIRECTV really shows you their appreciation..tech was suppose to be here brown 8am and Noon, was rescheduled btwn Noon and 4pm..called and said he would ne here in 30 min..that's 2 hours ago..20 years of service thank you

    @DIRECTVhelp Nope. There was a problem with the @NESN feed on DIRECTV all last season. It would go cloudy for a couple of seconds and then was fine. I spent hours with @DIRECTV trying to fix it to no avail. This year, the cloudy stuff has been replaced with an annoying glitch…

    Day before Opening Day and still no news about @Reds games on @DIRECTV I know this has gone down to the 11th hour with other teams who went to direct-to-comsumer and I've done a pretty good job of not worrying about it up to this point, but I really don't wanna pay the $100 #Reds
