@DIRECTV @Talkmaster You folks are a ripoff and I am a customer. Minimum price to pay for a package with the Atlanta Braves is $89 per month. That is the only reason that I am still a customer with you. Better get some smarter price packages before you fall further. Plus, every pkg includes CNN.

After 20+ years, @DIRECTV lost a longtime customer because they no longer offer the bundled discounts I had. Even the customer retention team wouldn’t budge. So long DirecTV - it’s just not worth over $100/month before taxes and having to argue every year over a discount.

@DIRECTV Please help with ongoing issue I have with both the app and website viewing. I’ve been with DT for 29 years. Can’t even watch CNN on website. Tech support can’t seem to figure it out. Spoke with tech 4 times. Tech came to my house. No resolution. Very frustrating.
