    I want to say that I received a call from a customer service rep for @DIRECTV @ATT and he was able to help me out with my issue. Just wanted to share the good news and thank Juan for the amazing customer service.

    @DIRECTV you have to do better with ur customer service. I was quoted $42 a month and now they tell me that the best ya can do is $65 a month. @ATT as the parent company you need to train ur employees to give out the correct pricing. Very disappointed! With the lack of knowledge

    @ AT&T cares since April I have tried everything to cancel my DIRECTV NOW unable to login since the day I’ve gotten it and trying to get my money back and I’ll they’ve done is raise since September my bill because I refuse to give them my credit card

    Day before Opening Day and still no news about @Reds games on @DIRECTV I know this has gone down to the 11th hour with other teams who went to direct-to-comsumer and I've done a pretty good job of not worrying about it up to this point, but I really don't wanna pay the $100 #Reds
