    If any other provider could give me every @NFL game, I’d leave @DIRECTV in a heartbeat. C’mon @Xfinity @hulu and all others. Please give us another option! @DIRECTV service, customer service, and pricing is awful.

    @katienolan It’s not your TV. It’s the crappy signal from whatever source you are using. Watch the blu ray when it comes out and it will look fine. This is why streaming/cable/DirecTV will never surpass hard media. The bandwidth just isn’t there.

    @DIRECTV You should be ashamed of yourselves! Stole $297 from me. Charged me for a month of service at an address I have not lived out for nearly 2 years & will not give me credit! Please share and call out this horrible company!

    @DIRECTV @ATT LMAO, they send a tech to replace a broken box, fail to let customer know replacing that box adds another year on service contract as well as slamming a Protection plan on an account without authorization. #Fraud

    After putting me on hold she told me she will send it to her account management department to review and they will give me a response in 7 to 10 days. Again @DIRECTV I canceled my parents service because they died. They didn’t go to your competition. I expect this resolved soon.

    @comcast decided to send me an updated modem. no internet since Sat. it's TUESDAY! We installed it Nov 12, no problem until Dec 4 switch to @DIRECTV or @dish VERY VERY possible

    @directv I’m a 30 yr customer of DTV. Just moved to the steaming service…not likely to be a customer much longer. When I can’t watch a recorded game without glitches & I can’t FFW or RWD due to Network Congestion & AutoExtend…it’s pretty sad service!

    @DIRECTV @DIRECTVhelp Any customers to this service DO NOT add or change any your current service. They will then automatically cancel the Free Disney + and Hulu service you’re getting and blame it on the fact that the equipment you have is old and no longer qualifies.

    Been a @DIRECTV customer since 1998. Tried to make some minor adjustments on my account and move a receiver. I have already been billed for a service that hasn’t occurred. I had to cancel the date but because “it’s already been billed”..
