@Cricketnation If you are not already on Cricket, we recommend you look elsewhere. Supposed "Customer Service" can take 2 hours to get a Rep & then they are hopelessly incompetent Filipinos...... There are much better carriers out there.

@CricketSupport Ive already been dealing with it for 24 hours.. Im literally trying to switch to your phone company and I Gave 3 solutions to your support people and they can't be bothered to even tell me how to get the free trial working on a cricket phone. Cause you can't apparently

@Cricketnation @WWE Are your phone lines down? It’s asking for a payment that’s not due & there are no representatives available

If you are dumb enough to have @Cricketnation Cricket wireless, switch immediately. They allowed scammers to port two of my numbers without my permission, with no way for me to stop it. They now will not return the numbers to me 24hrs later. No one there will help.

@ThatGuyRob096 @Cricketnation I wish AT&T were like this in my area, but they are legit so horrible. The worst thing about what I just said, is they’ve been that way for the last 15+ years… and like every other carrier well Verizon and T-Mobile had upgraded their towers greatly here in the past 10 to 15 years, and they are both neck and neck with T-Mobile with the fastest speeds and Verizon probably the more consistent connection. But AT&T legit lags in every single category here and sometimes you can’t even run a Speedtest their data is so low… and that’s even on their postpaid account which I got last year in hopes that it was some “prepaid problem“ but it wasn’t. I even added the AT&T turbo for seven dollars a month, which did absolutely nothing.

@CricketSupport Then, they literally text me that my number has been removed 1 second later. And to contact them if it was unauthorized. But now I have no phone service, and no pin. How can you dispute it. I am lucky enough to have a @Cricketnation store nearby, was there within 10 minutes

@Cricketnation I just received my new service. I rebooted my phone and everything is gone. I need to talk to a human. I can’t even go online. I can’t make phone calls. Everything is gone.
