    @myccitweets internet went down yesterday. Promised a call. No call. Called today “oh, this ticket hasn’t been worked yet. We have a Friday appointment slot.” 4 days after I first called!!! I have a national conference to lead this week with ZERO internet for 5 days. #fail

    @MyCCITweets Consolidated Communications Customer Support Sucks! My DLS Circuit is down, can't support my customer without internet and Consolidated refuses to answer their support line. On hold for 30 min, then they hangup.
