But if I had roommates/spouse/children who also needed WiFi for their work or education? Forget it. (And they charge me $70/month for this ****!)

shannon (@shanaries) reportedWell, @MyCCITweets apparently has a tri-state outage in ME, NH, and VT. The customer service rep was wonderful and also deserves better support from the company she works for. It seems that customers aren't the only ones with whom the company fails to communicate.
