    It’s annoying because I live in the middle of nowhere & the only way for me to get through to anybody is if I have Wi-Fi on my phone. My dad used to work for @MyCCITweets & they said because he worked for them, the problems we ever have they will get expedited.

    @opinion @MyCCITweets Luckily I am a single adult who lives alone, so I can still just about manage VoIP when necessary (though video is straight out). But if I had roommates/spouse/children who also needed WiFi for their work or education? Forget it. (And they charge me $70/month for this ****!)

    @MyCCITweets - The conversion of the Elk Grove accounts and payment methods was not seamless at all. All billing history was removed, All Billing payment methods removed. Cant login to the new portal. Asked for an email on password reset, has not arrived in over 30 minutes. Sad

    @MyCCITweets Called CCI in July about our August office move down 1 floor in the same building. Was told it would take about 10 days to complete. Kicked out next week without install date to move ethernet cable 1 floor. Horrible Service!! Forced to contact other ISPs.

    Well, @MyCCITweets apparently has a tri-state outage in ME, NH, and VT. The customer service rep was wonderful and also deserves better support from the company she works for. It seems that customers aren't the only ones with whom the company fails to communicate.
