    @say_duh_nelle @opinion @MyCCITweets Ah, yes...it is probably the upload speed. I never do video conferences -- just audio. You might try using an ethernet cable and see if it is any better. WiFi tends to be slower and drop periodically. Streaming = down. Uploading video takes forever and fails often.

    What gives with the lie of 24/7 internet/phone tech support, @MyCCITweets? Internet has been out for almost 5 hours and I've yet to speak with anyone on any of my 6 phone calls to your tech support line.

    Since I paid my @MyCCITweets bill at the end of May, after my service should have been terminated, I overpaid by one month (they bill ahead). Yet they continue to bill me an additional 271.93 and add late fees. AVOID CONSOLIDATED COMMUNICATIONS!

    @say_duh_nelle @opinion @MyCCITweets Welcome to rural America where many locations are fortunate if they have 3-5 Mbps down and only 1 or even .5 up. There is Starlink (long waiting list; expensive equipment.) Satellite usually sucks because of bandwidth limits too small for working.
