    @XfinitySupport heads up. Consolidated communications just opened up fiber in my town with 1GB up/down for $72 a month all in. I called customer solutions to try and remain w/Comcast and they wouldn’t negotiate with me. Losing a customer on 8/10 between 10AM & noon, sadly.

    @MyCCITweets When I asked customer service about changing plans, they didn't give me options. I was told I could receive 5 extra MGBS for 5 dollars more on the bill. If 1 dollar is equal to 1 MGBS then where does the other 75 dollars come into play???

    @MyCCITweets I know you must be working hard to fix the outages here but until the transmitter is repaired I can’t even run my phone on data w only 3 bars which means no bill pay
