    @comcastcares Already DM you and spoke for 30 min with a rep and all they did was quote me with prices 20-30 higher than what I have and saw online. Yet your webpage states you have “amazing” promotions to help save.

    Juan, the store manager is sooooo sarcastic!! @Xfinity ... he says the reps over the ph don't know how they work at the store. The other customer said wow, not professional at all. The guy had the nerve to say we're under construction like NO PHUKN **** SHERLOCK

    @Xfinity my internet is out again. Service is very unstable. Don’t understand why service keeps getting interrupted. This seems to be a constant issue #xfinityinterruption

    @comcast explain why one of your customers service reps answered the call and just stayed quiet for two minutes whole time I’m thinking he was setting up the appointment I asked for. When I asked if I needed to call again to get someone else he just replies ok. Who do you hire?!

    @Adrianneforgab1 @comcastcares I spared you from the whole story, let’s just say that I drew a map for them and told them were the issue was and they still couldn’t arrange a fix. Same guy would show up every few days. Comcast’s is not a very serious company.

    So @Xfinity your self install WiFi and TV is a sham. 50 min on the phone with a rep. WiFi took forever to connect then keeps disconnecting. Cable was non existent. Need a technician to come set up service.

    @comcast Service has been out for almost 10 hours now and still the same message. XfinityAlerts:A tech is working to fix an outage @ address starting w/ 1467 affecting your services. Service should be restored by as soon as possible #ComcastSucks

    @Verizon what’s the best way to cancel my service with you? I have more problems with Verizon than xfinity before switching. I regret the switch. I’ve had 2 techs come out to try and fix the issue, nothing has worked. I’ve given you the benefit of the doubt that **** goes wrong

    @comcast @comcast so just to be clear, Comcast owns Xfinity, who has dropped ABC in Denver over a contract dispute to not raise customer prices. Comcast also owns NBC who is a competitor of ABC. Do I have that correct?

    @NYCMayor @Xfinity makes it impossible to cancel. The chat @XfinitySupport reps cannot do it. The link they give you, takes you to a “make a phone call” website landing page. Absurd. Also cannot downgrade with click of a button.

    We needed this so badly. It was easy to be negative about this team. About the players, the coaches, and management. Don't get me wrong, Comcast still sucks. But this is the type of run that gives everybody's head a shake and realizes we have our hockey team back

    @Starlink I have had Starlink for a year and a half now, only once has it went down, that was only 45 minutes, Starlink is awesome, I have chosen it over AT&T Fiber and Comcast!
