    @JaviciaLeslie @GodFriendedMe My @Xfinity cable has been out since about 7:00 PM. I'm missing @GodFriendedMe! I'm upset. The computer voice lady said service should return abt.10:30 PM. THAT DOESN'T HELP ME!

    @BlessiousPlays I had the same issue with Comcast. Had it documented that I had reached out several times about the same issue. I was able to get out of my contract with no issues and switch to AT&T no problem.

    The frustration with @comcast @comcastcares is through the roof. 3 days.. 3 days having to deal with crappy service. I call Comcast customer service more times than I call my wife 😡

    @comcastcares my neighbor came to me because he knows I have comcast. He got a modem and the self install kit. He DOES NOT have comcast cable or phone service and therefore cable coming I to his apt. How does he set up the modem with out the cable

    @tonyc920 @BoziTatarevic Not really Herbst fault here. These cars are awful. As soon as they get loose the aero effects are so bad. This is a normal bump and run in the xfinity car. Not to mention you can’t pass so like what else u suppose to do

    @ABC when are you & @Xfinity going to settle your issue? The only show I truly miss is #JimmyKimmel & I used to watch several hours a week since I’m home bound these days. I plan on getting rid of xfinity for my internet & cable. I can get something that doesn’t cost as much.

    @XfinitySupport Have not been able to access the Xfinity app/my security cameras all day. Is there a problem? I tried uninstalling and then reinstalling the app, which didn’t work. He keeps wanting me to enter my password, then it just goes right back to the password page. HELP!!
