There’s a comment down thread where someone said they finally resolved on phone for hours with xfinity, they had to reset some database on the backend or something and it finally worked.

I can no log in online, from a mobile device or through Apple TV. It says my subscription has expired, even tho I’m still sibscribed and it’s on my bill.
