    @kantor11 @HBOMaxHelp Apparently we’re not the only ones. There’s a comment down thread where someone said they finally resolved on phone for hours with xfinity, they had to reset some database on the backend or something and it finally worked.

    A few people i know had beef w @DKSportsbook takin they money out the accounts/over drafting, then basically zero customer service, anyone have this happen? Im finna beef w em like i did comcast when they took the YES network n i dont even bet sports

    Pretty interesting how my @Xfinity internet has been going down every single day since a @verizonfios rep came to my door asking to switch. I would never accuse Verizon of sabotage but something isn’t adding up.

    @Xfinity please provide a solution for your customers who can not log into HBO max through their xfinity accounts. I can no log in online, from a mobile device or through Apple TV. It says my subscription has expired, even tho I’m still sibscribed and it’s on my bill.

    I just called @comcast to cancel my @HBO subscription. Save me money on my bill. And I doubt any of my family will notice or care. None of them watch @HBO anyway other than me... and they just pissed me off.

    @comcast Dump your foreign customer service call centers. Slow upgrades to antiquated infrastructure and technical support with an average IQ of 65, is why we left three years ago once fiber was in our area. Not a single issue since, which indicates that Comcast was the problem to begin with.

    @XfinitySupport Have not been able to access the Xfinity app/my security cameras all day. Is there a problem? I tried uninstalling and then reinstalling the app, which didn’t work. He keeps wanting me to enter my password, then it just goes right back to the password page. HELP!!

    @Verizon what’s the best way to cancel my service with you? I have more problems with Verizon than xfinity before switching. I regret the switch. I’ve had 2 techs come out to try and fix the issue, nothing has worked. I’ve given you the benefit of the doubt that **** goes wrong
