Your customer service over 5 calls and agent chats yesterday is so bad, I want to cancel. Your agent cannot do it, is in a loop. They went to the parking lot Wawa to connect to the Comcast hotspots w/ 30 laptops in their trunks to help students connect to the Internet. They’ve been troubleshooting with Ss’ families.
