    @MSGNetworks Why can you just sell Xfinity customers MSG directly without making a switch providers. Both you guys and Comcast are being stupid but DIRECTV stream and fubu or overprice. And if I drop Comcast TV they raise my Internet rate.

    @comcastcares I signed up as a new customer yesterday. Your customer service over 5 calls and agent chats yesterday is so bad, I want to cancel. Your agent cannot do it, is in a loop. Your voice system says it'll connect me, also gets stuck in loop or disconnects. Sent DM, thanks

    @Xfinity @comcast no picture just sound keeps happening. #CustomerService said that unless the problem happens the exact moment she’s on phone with u, nothing she cN do and then when pressed, she hung up on us. #help

    Sales Managers everywhere- you have reps w inconsistent or poor performance. I see it all the time with Comcast. You have no one to blame but yourself. You need 2 commit to a plan for yourself 2 mentor, spend time with, whatever term you want 2 use . Read on for more.

    @jimdonovancbs3 @Walgreens Automated phone systems should be banned, thrown away , outlawed . They are the most frustrating systems ever . The worst I have encountered are Verizon , Comcast , and Amazon. They make enough money to hire someone to answer the phone . They should do it.

    @SynthFox87 I so wish I had my copper service again. My rotary phones ain't compatible with the Comcast service. Verizon refused to fix it.

    This team has worked SO hard this week. They went to the parking lot Wawa to connect to the Comcast hotspots w/ 30 laptops in their trunks to help students connect to the Internet. They’ve been troubleshooting with Ss’ families. I am SO proud of their dedication. @FlemRarSchools

    @comcast @Xfinity @DenverChannel Okay, enough with crap. Figure out a deal. I’m starting to feel like Comcast is just becoming another Dish Network at this point. I believe the cable company has to broadcast local television due to emergency service notification process. Fix it!

    No. I was paying $200 for Xfinity. I pay $30 for internet and have Netflix, Hulu, prime.. less than $60 with internet included. Not tied to any contracts. Can cancel them at any time. So naw, I’m good

    @TheDDossier @FoundAMoron @Starlink Yea, when I had it a few years back I would lag on games like 2k, cod, ect. Everything else(streaming platforms) was fine. I switched to Verizon and had no issues across the board but wanted more speed so now I'm with xfinity for 1.2 gig/ $115month
