Our internet cables got ripped from the building around 1pm from the storm. @comcast said 5:30 it would be fixed. Now 9:21. There are wires down and in the street. They aren’t showing up.

@xfinity I discussed with one of your employees the reasoning for the uncharge on my account and was offered new contract told the employee I'll check around first for other offers and now my internet is throttled. If this how you treat your costumers, you won't last long.
