  • ruffway
Ruff Way (@ruffway) reported from Rahway, New Jersey

@nicksims14 @Xfinity Agreed. They used the lack of games NBA & NHL to say viewership was down so nobody is watching we don't need to pay for it! Instead of going to us and presenting it to the consumer.

@Kurosh878 @GadSaad @maddow They liked the graphic with China's death numbers behind America, because Orange Man Bad. Sort of ironic thats how @comcast/@nbc likes to take it, from the CCP.

  • DSCdianne

@XfinitySupport I unplugged the Xfinity gateway and it has cleared the pexelation. Why would the gateway effect reception? We have the tv connected directly to a box, not wifi. We started using the gateway 6 weeks ago too when I changed the internet plan. Is the gateway crap?

  • asdespain
    ArtVandalay (@asdespain) reported

@comcast @comcast so just to be clear, Comcast owns Xfinity, who has dropped ABC in Denver over a contract dispute to not raise customer prices. Comcast also owns NBC who is a competitor of ABC. Do I have that correct?

  • TheNeimanShow

@DragonsUnionFly @alo127118 Tell me you’ve never been to a World Cup without telling me. Between Xfinity Live, event overflow, and the 39 day Fan Festival, I’m going to go ahead and bet the over for tourists and the idea that “half the attendees already live here.”

I judge you: I am ULTRA MAGA (@judgmentcenter) reported

Elon Musk's Starlink is great. I am a customer. - Starlink is great. When Florida got hit by a hurricane many lost cable internet and also fiber internet for days and days, but people that had Starlink didn't. - Starlink is just as fast as Comcast and Spectrum high speed internet - I put the Starlink cable in a protective plastic protector, then buried it 2-3 inches. - I also put the Starlink dish in a clear acrylic sleeve that will protect it from bird droppings, tree sap and even hail - However when a hurricane was coming I unburied the cable and brought the Starlink dish inside my garage to protect dish during the storm. - There is plenty of extra cable to do so. - As soon as the wind died down, I brought the dish back out and had my high speed internet back up within about 10 minutes. - Sandbags hold it in place for normal storms +++ +++ They have a $5 a month standby mode. It automatically updates its firmware and software in standby mode. It is ready for you in 5 minutes whenever you need to start up high speed internet. Great for snow birds or if your cable/fiber internet goes out IE after a major hurricane, tornado, storm. +++ +++ It is also a satellite phone. It works even if all the cell towers are down so you can make calls or send/receive text messages. You can make phone calls or send text using your cell phone: Step 1: Connect to the Starlink Wi-Fi (regular high speed internet OR standby modes) Step 2: Then select Wi-Fi Calling Step 3: Now you are connected to the Starlink satellites making calls, send texts using your cell phone.

@ManPalisades1 @Mr_chew_bacca And even then disney technically didn't get the entirety of fox, they gave the sports stuff to comcast, Cartoon Network in its entirety going to something like Disney Is bad news with everything they already own, let alone the company. Paramount owns nickelodeon AND hasbro

No. I was paying $200 for Xfinity. I pay $30 for internet and have Netflix, Hulu, prime.. less than $60 with internet included. Not tied to any contracts. Can cancel them at any time. So naw, I’m good

@Xfinity I'm seriously considering switching back to AT&t because every time I have to call you for customer support, your agents are trying to sell me things before I can get off the phone. If I want products I will look online first. Just fyi
