    Tough to work from home when @Xfinity @comcast internet goes offline intermittently ALL DAY! & cust service agent ends chat w/o giving any info. A reported outage in my area has not been resolved yet no one is working on it?? And yes I have restarted my modem MULTIPLE TIMES! 😡

    @Xfinity I had some consistency issues when my service was first started and the tech went above and beyond and found the main problem and fixed it and now Im the happiest camper with my internet service. @comcastcares thank you so much!!

    @comcastcares curious that when I got home from returning my cable boxes after cancelling tv service, my Comcast internet stopped working. Then tech support can’t solve the issue and has to send a tech three days from now to figure it out. Next call is to @bbb_us. #fishy

    @ABC when are you & @Xfinity going to settle your issue? The only show I truly miss is #JimmyKimmel & I used to watch several hours a week since I’m home bound these days. I plan on getting rid of xfinity for my internet & cable. I can get something that doesn’t cost as much.

    @Xfinity @XfinitySupport I had to reactivate service at my old address for about 10 days. Also, my mobile service got temporarily disconnected—the store agent didn’t seem properly trained and may have made a mistake.

    @MrEwanMorrison We used to pay $150/month for cable and think nothing of it. at least now you can cancel whenever instead of being locked into a comcast contract.
