Also, from what I've read about Sinclair, they may pull Bally's from Xfinity and offer as a streaming service at an exorbitant rate.

My building also gives free WiFi to residents but it sucks and never works so I ordered my own. The sales rep never said this could happen where we could not activate our WiFi ourselves and now need a technician which is an extra $70

The only time I did was with their wifi modem, those things only lst 2-3 years. But you can buy one for under 100 from best buy, and make the money back by not paying a rentl fee for their crappy modem.
