  @Xfinity I paid for self install of my WiFi. My building also gives free WiFi to residents but it sucks and never works so I ordered my own. The sales rep never said this could happen where we could not activate our WiFi ourselves and now need a technician which is an extra $70

  @MrEwanMorrison We used to pay $150/month for cable and think nothing of it. at least now you can cancel whenever instead of being locked into a comcast contract.
