    @comcastcares now up to 2 formal “outages”; all or part of Hampshire Road completely out (per neighbors) @Comcast @Xfinity website throws up error on support page and no way to call @swellesley

    @john_bruno @VerizonSupport @hansvestberg 😮 that is terrible. I’m on hour 4 no resolution. Hung up on 3 times. Now trying online resolution. We were charged for a 25/25 modem and paid for 50/50 speed for years, and they tried blaming us for not knowing we had the wrong modem. At least with @Xfinity I can BYO modem.

    @comcastcares you’ve reported that work is done in our area and service should be restored at 2:02pm and I still don’t have WiFi access. I work from home. You need to fix this.

    Suffice it say that @Verizon Business #FIOS has the worst customer support / call center system on the planet.. hours of phone calls to get nowhere.. hard to believe they treat their business subscribers like second class customers! #Comcast Business now has fiber! Hmmm!

    @john_bruno @VerizonSupport @hansvestberg @Xfinity We’re also paying $300/month for service advertised at $202-$220 online (from Verizon themselves) and the best offer I’ve received is $238. If the #CX is going to be terrible the price needs to be fair-better if it’s competitive (which it is not).

    @comcastcares we figured out there was a problem on our street / one of the distribution modems downstream from @comcast head-end; good old fashioned talking with the neighbors (6 foot distance of course!) thanks @swellesley for the help @xfinity repair crew coming tomorrow AM

    @MDaetenium Hiring someone to drive his car or truck in Xfinity isn’t really a financial burden if it’s all being funded by Joe Gibbs’ money. When Kyle Busch’s money was all over his lower series car in 2012, he couldn’t win a damn race, because he wasn’t being slapped with a cup chassis.

    @VerizonSupport @mom_of_littles Just the opposite here. Store people are very professional. I even switched to the home internet from Comcast. Saved half of what I was paying. We have an authorized retailer here. Never used the app.

    @mexigreekmom74 @1ssve Comcast may be high but in the 20+ years I had it. I never had problems. The only time I did was with their wifi modem, those things only lst 2-3 years. But you can buy one for under 100 from best buy, and make the money back by not paying a rentl fee for their crappy modem.

    @Xfinity so just to be clear, Xfinity has dropped ABC in Denver over a contract dispute, to not raise customer prices. Comcast also owns NBC who is a competitor of ABC. Do I have this correct?

    It’s criminal that @Xfinity doesn’t have the capacity to show a main broadcast network like CBS on Masters Sunday due to some supposed dispute. Might as well get a TV antenna at this point.

    @Ilikeracing3 The Xfinity car is the best series in NASCAR, had the best vehicle & they're BARELY able to put on a show here...trucks were meh as well. All 3 series were snoozers last fall too. Yeah, the cup car is garbage, but the Bristol reconfig has sucked too

    I never owned or used apple device. I only use cricket and Verizon is cell service. I never used work ISP except at HCA I did no wrong on it when I did. Currently April 13th 652pm 2026. I don't uses others cells or services. I never used sprint, T-Mobile, Nextel, Sling, Hotspots, Roku, Firestick, or comcast I never go to instagram away from home. I never had tick tock account
