I had a known issue with a line to my house for 6 weeks and they did nothing about it until I went in person and complained. They fixed the issue next day by 10am.

Now trying online resolution. We were charged for a 25/25 modem and paid for 50/50 speed for years, and they tried blaming us for not knowing we had the wrong modem. At least with @Xfinity I can BYO modem.

If the #CX is going to be terrible the price needs to be fair-better if it’s competitive (which it is not).

The only time I did was with their wifi modem, those things only lst 2-3 years. But you can buy one for under 100 from best buy, and make the money back by not paying a rentl fee for their crappy modem.
