    @SassyGirlboss No one cares about us little people never have never will especially not big corporations comcast is the only provider allowed in my city with broadband and I can't get direct TV because of trees so whatever they want to charge they do .     @comcastcares Can you stop selling ad space on bad service report pages. It seems incongruent with your value prop of servicing clients if you make money off people going to pages to find out why their service is messed up. Essentially you could cause an error to drive revenue.

    Comcast or Xfinity whatever ******** you call em nowadays really some janky ass shady business people. IDK why I even got cable again sometimes but I guess cuz my internet bundled with it. And they customer service people is rude; this lady lucky it's the Lord's day.

    funny when a @comcast representative comes to ur house on tuesday and says a person will come by the house to install the new package today between 10-12 and never shows up or calls, comcast will always be a scam and a corrupt company, get comcast put of peabody

    Elon Musk's Starlink is great. I am a customer. - Starlink is great. When Florida got hit by a hurricane many lost cable internet and also fiber internet for days and days, but people that had Starlink didn't. - Starlink is just as fast as Comcast and Spectrum high speed internet - I put the Starlink cable in a protective plastic protector, then buried it 2-3 inches. - I also put the Starlink dish in a clear acrylic sleeve that will protect it from bird droppings, tree sap and even hail - However when a hurricane was coming I unburied the cable and brought the Starlink dish inside my garage to protect dish during the storm. - There is plenty of extra cable to do so. - As soon as the wind died down, I brought the dish back out and had my high speed internet back up within about 10 minutes. - Sandbags hold it in place for normal storms +++ +++ They have a $5 a month standby mode. It automatically updates its firmware and software in standby mode. It is ready for you in 5 minutes whenever you need to start up high speed internet. Great for snow birds or if your cable/fiber internet goes out IE after a major hurricane, tornado, storm. +++ +++ It is also a satellite phone. It works even if all the cell towers are down so you can make calls or send/receive text messages. You can make phone calls or send text using your cell phone: Step 1: Connect to the Starlink Wi-Fi (regular high speed internet OR standby modes) Step 2: Then select Wi-Fi Calling Step 3: Now you are connected to the Starlink satellites making calls, send texts using your cell phone.

    @JBalooka I paid like 50 bucks for the Xfinity upgrade CHSN and Marquee package (they cant be separated) I watch games on a smart TV that does not have a cable box attached. So I installed the CHSN app on that tv and sign into it with my Xfinity account. and it's just terrible
