    @Mystiique_ I want fiber sooo bad but it’s only in certain areas of Chicago which makes me super depressed! That’s crazy you pay more and he has fiber smh. Let us pray for better days with Comcast since we’re stuck with them 😂🙏🏾.

    😩 scheduled to do a virtual class in 1 hr 45 minutes and internet service is out due to the storm that BLEW through Chicagoland last evening! @comcast @Xfinity come through. Have power but no connection. (Sounds like a message in there somewhere). 🙏🏽🙏🏽

    Although it definitely sucks that Comcast has yet to make a deal where most of chicagoland watches cubs on comcast and are probably stuck in a contract with them. Due to this deal with Hulu, I’ll probably keep Hulu live as my main provider.

    Thought internet was down for last 2 days due to extreme cold. No. Comcast suddenly decided to rename my wifi w/o notifying me. Seemed wierd that i was the only one on my block with no service.

    @comcast your phone system is an idiot. I need to register a new modem on my account. It keeps telling me to do a restart and call back in 10 mins. I need to talk to a real person. I'm platinum, *****!!!

    @comcast thanks Melanie Wynn, a RSC who solved a problem for me that could have easily gotten out of hand. I went to the @Comcast store in Homewood, Il to cancel my tv services, but Melanie assured me that she would do her best to fix my problem, and did so.

    I need a new internet provider. I’m sick and ******* tired of dealing with @comcast . I worked for them for 2 years and had no issues and spoke so highly of them and now for the past 3 locations I’ve lived I’ve had internet issues for MONTHS on end.

    @Xfinity I don’t need an app to tell me the service is out. The service has been spotty and unreliable since the storm. As a person running a business virtually like everyone else these days, I’m getting a little hamstrung with the service going out in the midst of webinars & workshops.

    No. I was paying $200 for Xfinity. I pay $30 for internet and have Netflix, Hulu, prime.. less than $60 with internet included. Not tied to any contracts. Can cancel them at any time. So naw, I’m good

    @MrEwanMorrison We used to pay $150/month for cable and think nothing of it. at least now you can cancel whenever instead of being locked into a comcast contract.

    I never owned or used apple device. I only use cricket and Verizon is cell service. I never used work ISP except at HCA I did no wrong on it when I did. Currently April 13th 811am 2026. I don't uses others cells or services. I never used sprint, T-Mobile, Nextel, Sling, Hotspots, Roku, Firestick, or comcast I never go to instagram away from home. I never had tick tock account

    @Verizon what’s the best way to cancel my service with you? I have more problems with Verizon than xfinity before switching. I regret the switch. I’ve had 2 techs come out to try and fix the issue, nothing has worked. I’ve given you the benefit of the doubt that **** goes wrong
