    @Xfinity The 125 plus package was altered to remove several channels in the last three days. Your Customer service is horrible. They won't upgrade my package. I reported Xfinity to the feds. You have no working escalation team.

    Although it definitely sucks that Comcast has yet to make a deal where most of chicagoland watches cubs on comcast and are probably stuck in a contract with them. Due to this deal with Hulu, I’ll probably keep Hulu live as my main provider.

    @MoreHandsThanU @KollegeKidd Even if it was my internet PS4 loaded up faster than XBOX and some people don’t even got a Wifi connection at home. So it still proves my point that PS4 is better than XBOX. And Xfinity has a fast speed I have it. It’s never slow!!

    I want to say that's the WORST so- called customer service I have ever seen. I work in customer service and if we hung up on people, we'd get reprimanded and then fired! I hope someone from Comcast will read this and change how you serve your customers before you lose more!!

    I need a new internet provider. I’m sick and ******* tired of dealing with @comcast . I worked for them for 2 years and had no issues and spoke so highly of them and now for the past 3 locations I’ve lived I’ve had internet issues for MONTHS on end.

    @XfinitySupport Have not been able to access the Xfinity app/my security cameras all day. Is there a problem? I tried uninstalling and then reinstalling the app, which didn’t work. He keeps wanting me to enter my password, then it just goes right back to the password page. HELP!!

    @mexigreekmom74 @1ssve Comcast may be high but in the 20+ years I had it. I never had problems. The only time I did was with their wifi modem, those things only lst 2-3 years. But you can buy one for under 100 from best buy, and make the money back by not paying a rentl fee for their crappy modem.

    @JBalooka I paid like 50 bucks for the Xfinity upgrade CHSN and Marquee package (they cant be separated) I watch games on a smart TV that does not have a cable box attached. So I installed the CHSN app on that tv and sign into it with my Xfinity account. and it's just terrible
