I asked the agent for proof that I changed my service plan. She couldn’t find a contract or anything. Get hung up on and she spams me by text and email for Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP)

Comcast IPs are dynamic; when mine changes in 2 months, I certainly hope I don't have to call in and beg you to fix your own problem...

So I installed the CHSN app on that tv and sign into it with my Xfinity account. and it's just terrible
