    @hulu_support I did, they did a "one time courtesy change" of my IP but not an actual reset of the count. Comcast IPs are dynamic; when mine changes in 2 months, I certainly hope I don't have to call in and beg you to fix your own problem...

    After another horrible work week this week I have the 4th week mostly off. There will be a lot of racing in the next 3 weeks. Joliet at least Saturday for Xfinity and maybe Cup on Sunday, Route 66 the next Monday for late models, Sycamore for late models the Monday after that.

    @Westin Northwest Chicago suburb. It would be nice, but the TV doesn't work. All that plays is their @Marriott Bonvoy promotional short films. Staff blamed @comcast.

    When I had @ATT fiber my internet went out twice. Turned out to be a faulty modem. No other issues. Had the service for 13 months. My internet has gone out with @xfinity multiple times in 2 months. @ATT MAKE FIBER MORE AVAILABLE!

    In a nutshell, the @Xfinity CS Agent said I changed my service contract on 8/22/22. I asked the agent for proof that I changed my service plan. She couldn’t find a contract or anything. Get hung up on and she spams me by text and email for Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP)

    @Xfinity is horrible. We need a booster and they want to sell us 3 pods instead of 1. It's only 1000 sq ft condo. We don't need 3. Come on work with us. Long time customers.

    @Xfinity Our service has been unstable for almost a week now. I just had to buy a Verizon hotspot because your service is so unreliable. I now have to pay for your high fees plus mobile data just to work at home. Get your act together!

    @Xfinity I had the rudest customer service rep. I tried to set up service and got a price for $30/mo with autopay and they person is quoting me $40 when I already signed up and have an account login, but it won’t login.

    @ATT I’ve had Xfinity for a number of years, while their service wasn’t perfect the couple of outages I experienced in a 10 year period or maybe a few hours. I’ve ATT fiber for 2 years pretty perfect but today I’ve been without Internet for 8 hours and no one is giving me an answer as to when the service is coming back. I’m in the Miami Lakes Florida Miami Dade County area can someone please let me know if we’re getting this back anytime soon? Thx

    @Cernovich @Xfinity makes it impossible to cancel. The chat @XfinitySupport reps cannot do it. The link they give you, takes you to a “make a phone call” website landing page. Absurd. Also cannot downgrade with click of a button either when trying to change your plan, can only upgrade.

    @XfinitySupport Have not been able to access the Xfinity app/my security cameras all day. Is there a problem? I tried uninstalling and then reinstalling the app, which didn’t work. He keeps wanting me to enter my password, then it just goes right back to the password page. HELP!!

    @1ssve The reason we left cable was because of Comcast who pretty much ran everyone out. In my neighborhood it was either Comcast or a satellite and Comcast was overcharging and always having issues. I canceled and me and each of my kids signed up for a streaming site. All good for a while, then streaming started to get greedy and stop sharing. They really want each of us to pay $10-20 each for multiple sites. Plus we still have to pay internet which has also gone up. F them all.
