I’ve maxed out my hotspot because it has gone off and on so much this past week, that I had to pay more to upgrade my phone hotspot. Completely unacceptable!!! First phone call ended w/ it’ll be fixed within an hour. 2 hours later, same conclusion. 2 hours later, “it’ll be fixed within 24 hours”. What a joke.
