    I’m about done with @comcast this month… unreal! I’ve maxed out my hotspot because it has gone off and on so much this past week, that I had to pay more to upgrade my phone hotspot. Completely unacceptable!!! Has anyone had luck getting through or any semblance of support?! 🤬

    @thedavemiska @markgrotesports Doubt I’d get much of a signal in an apt building, especially where I’m located in the building. At least @verizon is dependable where @Xfinity isn’t and I can watch the game on the NFL app, albeit on my phone.

    It didn’t take me long to understand why I had cancelled @Xfinity years ago. 10 hours into new “service” still no TV access. First phone call ended w/ it’ll be fixed within an hour. 2 hours later, same conclusion. 2 hours later, “it’ll be fixed within 24 hours”. What a joke.

    @ABC when are you & @Xfinity going to settle your issue? The only show I truly miss is #JimmyKimmel & I used to watch several hours a week since I’m home bound these days. I plan on getting rid of xfinity for my internet & cable. I can get something that doesn’t cost as much.

    @Xfinity @XfinitySupport I had to reactivate service at my old address for about 10 days. Also, my mobile service got temporarily disconnected—the store agent didn’t seem properly trained and may have made a mistake.

    @MrEwanMorrison We used to pay $150/month for cable and think nothing of it. at least now you can cancel whenever instead of being locked into a comcast contract.
