    @MarcusReports @Oriana0214 @TingInternet 3) Ting's market entry has got Verizon running around saying they too will deliver fiber to the home .... after ignoring Alexandria for oh, a decade. Expect Comcast to start offering deals and lower rates. Not sure how fast Comcast will improve customer service.

    @comcastcares Hi there, I called a couple of times about switching the account holder name to my former roommate’s name, and was told I would receive an email outlining what needs to be done for that to happen, and never received one.

    @AllThingsNatSec @comcast @Xfinity Yeah, I've done the math. I could save a few bucks, but I want maximum options. All the cable channels, Netflix, Prime, Peacock, etc. The only one I don't have is Disney+ and I can steal my kids sign-in if there is something I want to watch. But it's total bull 💩 to do a service upgrade on a Monday morning with no notice. I'm not kidding about the pediatric radiologist down the street either. He has a ton of equipment including special cooling systems to read images from home. I'd be shocked if you can do that off your iPhone hotspot.

    @Xfinity On what planet does xfinity think that taking forever to show web pages, responds "trouble accessing account", forcing repeated log ins & verification & if eventually shows bill it is prior month while stating it is current bill is in any manner good customer service?

    @TheRajGiri I followed all of their troubleshooting steps, and nothing worked. I had to purchase it as a standalone service through Disney+. Since then, Xfinity has confirmed that it’s an ongoing issue, and they’re trying to resolve it, but have no resolution timeframe.
