The problem is, Xfinity is the worst customer service organization on Earth. My folks have AT&T and complain about functionality. My only complaints with Xfinity are the rare occasions something’s wrong.

Ok so you were just pretending to fix it all those other times. Seriously!!!!!!

Luckily it was the tanking Cubs and I was cool watching crap streams

Does seem the cash flow is an issue but to what scale? I feel like there are tons of other factors in play.

We will NOT be paying the cancellation fee as your service was not up to par and the account was open without proper authorization so someone is getting fired for sure. I will be contacting the BBB.
