    Hey, @comcast. Forbidding users to use AirPlay from the @Xfinity Stream app is beyond user-hostile. You’re essentially charging me for a TV service I’m not allowed to watch on TV. That’s evil.

    @comcastcares WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Go through a long menu to get to a customer service rep just to get cut off. I have a 70 yr old mother who can’t get her TV to work and all I get from @Xfinity is “that’s too bad”

    @natebain The truth is that Xfinity’s product is the best there is by a solid margin. The problem is, Xfinity is the worst customer service organization on Earth. My folks have AT&T and complain about functionality. My only complaints with Xfinity are the rare occasions something’s wrong.

    @comcastcares I am very disappointed in the customer service lately! Not only was I on the phone for over 90 min with someone who didn't get me a supervisor I was guaranteed I would get a call back from a supervisor....still waiting...guess this is old Comcast

    I went to the @comcast office to cancel my cable (far easier than dealing with the 1-800 folks) & people were there in DROVES canceling & returning their cable boxes. If they don’t become more affordable, I predict they will go belly up before too long.

    @Xfinity charged me $100 for a service call - after our internet, cable and phone service went out during a storm, and never came back even after Xfinity said service was restored. 3 days later (3 of us work from home) guy came & replaced THEIR failed router. Wouldn’t budge-fair?

    @NYCMayor @Xfinity makes it impossible to cancel. The chat @XfinitySupport reps cannot do it. The link they give you, takes you to a “make a phone call” website landing page. Absurd. Also cannot downgrade with click of a button.

    @Xfinity @XfinitySupport Suspended my cable(Granted it was due by the 11th) cool I go onto the app and these lowlifes tell me I have store to pay my bill in order to restore service(WHY?!?!) I HAVE A CRAD TO PAY AND THE MONEY IS THERE!!!.. .IF I COME TO THE STORE I WONT BE TO PAY

    @GoldyRiSA The problem is adult swim and Cartoon Network are both one package deal basically I need the Cartoon Network channel to watch adult swim I was extremely upset when xfinity cut it off for a subscription but thanks to an upgrade to sports channels it’s back

    @G0_R0GUE @TrueSouthernUSA @STaranto92 Yeah but RCR supplies engines for almost the entire Xfinity series, and they’re still have their major sponsors. Does seem the cash flow is an issue but to what scale? I feel like there are tons of other factors in play.

    @xfinity I discussed with one of your employees the reasoning for the uncharge on my account and was offered new contract told the employee I'll check around first for other offers and now my internet is throttled. If this how you treat your costumers, you won't last long.

    @ManPalisades1 @Mr_chew_bacca And even then disney technically didn't get the entirety of fox, they gave the sports stuff to comcast, Cartoon Network in its entirety going to something like Disney Is bad news with everything they already own, let alone the company. Paramount owns nickelodeon AND hasbro
