    It’s Sunday but I have to do some work. Too bad I can’t enjoy convenience of working from my home office bc I STILL don’t have internet - thanks to @Xfinity. Thankfully, my apartment has WiFi in the common room so current packing my stuff up so I can actually go do my job.

    My roommate though cannot. She is still working from home & has to use a desktop. Bc @Xfinity can’t get their stuff together to fix our service, she legit cant move into our apartment bc she can’t do her job w/o WiFi & she can’t permanently set up her desktop in our common room.

    @comcastcares So there’s two non Xfinity cable sub trucks at the end of my road today. They were miserable to my neighbors(Who are still connected) And my connection is now down. And I have to wait for someone to come out and repair it? Ridiculous.

    @comcast/@Xfinity throttled my internet to slow speeds when I put my account on seasonal hold. I have to pay the full $300/mo to get fast internet and I already pay them $300/mo at my other house. I feel like I’m being scammed. 😡

    One tv is down and not working at all comcast running a maintence on that box. Need to get rid of the old address off of my account. They still have not credit me back for shutting off early fee told if in come back in 90 days I would get it back which I was back less then month

    @Xfinity Nobody does it worse than #xfinity we understand storms and outages but not lies and lack of comminication. We have had no service for 2 days all of our neigbors have it but not our building. All we get from #xfinity are LIES, 2 hours then another 2 hours now 60hrs!

    @DawneeG67 @comcast Thats why I'm down to Internet only and once Fios comes in I'll drop Comcast for that as well. I know have PlayStation Vue streaming TV and Comcast internet.... saved $100 per month. Can't wait until Fios internet is run in my area!

    @troypoint been having issues with #xfinity and my internet. While using a vpn my internet shuts down prob 2-3 times a day. Any advice

    The l guy helping me right now (which none of this is his fault - he’s trying to fix someone else’s mess) said an @Xfinity supervisor would call me back. NOPE I’ll happily wait on hold b/c last time I’d get a “call back” it was a week w/o any contact & I had to call them again

    YOU GUYS!!!!!!! After 25 days of chaos, I HAVE WIFI!!!!!! I could cry. While I HATE that it took 3 days of publicly ranting on social to get good customer service, I am VERY thankful to Chip, my @Xfinity case mgr, & Terrence, today’s technician who helped make this happen. 🙌🙌

    @comcast @Xfinity @DenverChannel Okay, enough with crap. Figure out a deal. I’m starting to feel like Comcast is just becoming another Dish Network at this point. I believe the cable company has to broadcast local television due to emergency service notification process. Fix it!

    No. I was paying $200 for Xfinity. I pay $30 for internet and have Netflix, Hulu, prime.. less than $60 with internet included. Not tied to any contracts. Can cancel them at any time. So naw, I’m good

    @TheDDossier @FoundAMoron @Starlink Yea, when I had it a few years back I would lag on games like 2k, cod, ect. Everything else(streaming platforms) was fine. I switched to Verizon and had no issues across the board but wanted more speed so now I'm with xfinity for 1.2 gig/ $115month
