    @comcast/@Xfinity throttled my internet to slow speeds when I put my account on seasonal hold. I have to pay the full $300/mo to get fast internet and I already pay them $300/mo at my other house. I feel like I’m being scammed. 😡

    Oh & the kicker: @Xfinity charged me for my bill on 7/21. I’ve NEVER had service. I opened my account on 7/2 - today is 7/25 & I’ve never had 1 day of working internet. Roman, customer service rep, refused to refund me & said it’s policy that no refund until issue is fixed 👌

    One tv is down and not working at all comcast running a maintence on that box. Need to get rid of the old address off of my account. They still have not credit me back for shutting off early fee told if in come back in 90 days I would get it back which I was back less then month

    If you are an @Xfinity subscriber and you get @netflix for free as part of your package, DM @comcastcares with your name, account number, and service address and they will remove it from your account. Request the reason as “Netflix promotes **********” #cancelNetflix

    YOU GUYS!!!!!!! After 25 days of chaos, I HAVE WIFI!!!!!! I could cry. While I HATE that it took 3 days of publicly ranting on social to get good customer service, I am VERY thankful to Chip, my @Xfinity case mgr, & Terrence, today’s technician who helped make this happen. 🙌🙌

    @comcastcares It comes and goes same Song and dance Make sure cables are tight Cant send signal because not equipment not online. Have to power recycle modem In order to get to work. We can schedule tech... Why bother

    1.5hrs on the phone with @Xfinity later and I’m no closer to having internet. Today, my customer service rep Roman: - raised his voice at me on the phone - told me there was no one else I could speak with - admitted that past reps never opened tickets like they said they did

    @Xfinity you’re live tv streaming sucks. i can’t ever watch what i want to watch unless i’m home. if i’m home i would just watch on my tv anyway. the whole point of it is to watch when you’re not home on your tablet or phone. ridiculous !

For all of Fox and even to a degree NBC’s faults covering Xfinity, they never really messed with the times all that much and recognized 130-2 pm starts were for better so people could enjoy the rest of their Saturdays It’s one thing for networks to force cup to 3 pm
