I opened my account on 7/2 - today is 7/25 & I’ve never had 1 day of working internet. Roman, customer service rep, refused to refund me & said it’s policy that no refund until issue is fixed 👌

They still have not credit me back for shutting off early fee told if in come back in 90 days I would get it back which I was back less then month

While I HATE that it took 3 days of publicly ranting on social to get good customer service, I am VERY thankful to Chip, my @Xfinity case mgr, & Terrence, today’s technician who helped make this happen. 🙌🙌
