    @FarrahRochon Well @xfinity is about to lose my business after 31 years. All day long I keep losing WiFi service. In my bedroom where the modem is located? Called & some crap with the pods not being within 20' - 30'.

    @CalltoActivism I dropped Comcast cable, too many channels I never watch. I have a Roku TV and stream the shows I like for a whole lot less per month.

    @comcastcares I have been digging through the Forum for an answer on my problem. The new Xfinity app says my modem is offline, not true. There are multiple posts on the forum with the same problem. No answers are posted. This is poor customer. CRICKETS.

    Once again, @comcastcares shows just how much the DO NOT care. They cancelled an appointment for service because they “fixed” the problem, only to find nothing was fixed. Two hours troubleshooting over three days I now have to wait AGAIN for an appointment. #cutthecord #useless

    Not to brag, but the Comcast Xfinity customer service rep just referred to me as “hip & cool”. And I am 70% sure she wasn’t being sarcastic.

    Well, it’s finally time to drop @Xfinity and go to a streaming bundle. They shut down the @TheMasters in the name of saving $ for customers by stonewalling @CBS. It’s all about their profit. Digital services are not just another commodity.

    @amystreasures @1ssve In my area, we had issues all the time. I also had issues when I moved to another spot, but thankfully AT&T was just starting fiber optic so I got that and had no problems. Ending up moving again and got stuck with Comcast and started having issues again. Finally said enough and never went back.

    @Xfinity so just to be clear, Xfinity has dropped ABC in Denver over a contract dispute, to not raise customer prices. Comcast also owns NBC who is a competitor of ABC. Do I have this correct?

    @Xfinity @XfinitySupport Suspended my cable(Granted it was due by the 11th) cool I go onto the app and these lowlifes tell me I have store to pay my bill in order to restore service(WHY?!?!) I HAVE A CRAD TO PAY AND THE MONEY IS THERE!!!.. .IF I COME TO THE STORE I WONT BE TO PAY

    @1ssve The reason we left cable was because of Comcast who pretty much ran everyone out. In my neighborhood it was either Comcast or a satellite and Comcast was overcharging and always having issues. I canceled and me and each of my kids signed up for a streaming site. All good for a while, then streaming started to get greedy and stop sharing. They really want each of us to pay $10-20 each for multiple sites. Plus we still have to pay internet which has also gone up. F them all.

    @Starlink I have had Starlink for a year and a half now, only once has it went down, that was only 45 minutes, Starlink is awesome, I have chosen it over AT&T Fiber and Comcast!
