It has been 3 hours and 7 customer service representatives and my issue isn’t resolved. If your have another choice us it. Do not get Xfinity. I also had issues when I moved to another spot, but thankfully AT&T was just starting fiber optic so I got that and had no problems. Ending up moving again and got stuck with Comcast and started having issues again. Finally said enough and never went back.
