    @comcast @Xfinity what exactly is your process for resolving outages? Twice today we had outages and then told we are fine. We’ve been out nearly all day. I’ve called and told it’s my equipment although the whole neighborhood is out. Please fix it once and for all

    .@Xfinity is the absolute worst! Transferred service to my old roommate before leaving California and now they are double billing that address. I’m so glad I didn’t sign up for them out here in Maryland and went with @verizonfios so I don’t have to deal with them anymore.

    @comcast My wife drops every 7 minutes making school and work impossible. A tech came out on Saturday, installed new router and it's signal still dropping. This has been over 2 month ordeal. Please reach out and fix this

    I have spent 4 hours and counting trying 2 resolve issues w/my @comcast #xfinity svc. Getting misinformation from reps. Get ur shit together, or ur stock will b even shittier than it is now. Customers will keep leaving, steam on hotspots & wait 4 #tmobile, etc. to roll out Wi-Fi

    @Xfinity your customer service team has been abysmal. Returned equipment with a zero balance in Nov. Still got charged 2 more months. Put on hold over 30 minutes and hung up on just now. Not cool.

    @Xfinity Yes I do. Still doesn’t explain why a Comcast office refused to let me connect even though I’ve been a customer for 6 years. Oh - they did say if I bought an xFinity mobile then I could connect. Honestly, your Customer Service sucks

    @Froste Grew up with Comcast and have Comcast at my house now - it’s complete shit. Drops all the time, speeds are NEVER as advertised. God forbid you have to talk to customer service Parents new house has Fios - super awesome, incredibly reliable speeds, way better customer service

    I swear to God I can't pick the phone to call Comcast to restore anything. I did call tbs once to cancel 2 broke girls cos they halved my daily portion of big bang theory for it. Can't confirm or deny if two years after my call worked

    @comcast @comcast so just to be clear, Comcast owns Xfinity, who has dropped ABC in Denver over a contract dispute to not raise customer prices. Comcast also owns NBC who is a competitor of ABC. Do I have that correct?

    @jamesacowling @convex Thanks. Glad it's just me (will delete above). Never had a problem on this network before but maybe something going on with comcast I saw it across dev/staging/**** (2 convex dbs) for about 10m, then it resolved on its own, then came back, now working again If it comes back, will DM you. Maybe some intermittent network thing on my end
