    @Xfinity your customer service team has been abysmal. Returned equipment with a zero balance in Nov. Still got charged 2 more months. Put on hold over 30 minutes and hung up on just now. Not cool.

    .@Xfinity is the absolute worst! Transferred service to my old roommate before leaving California and now they are double billing that address. I’m so glad I didn’t sign up for them out here in Maryland and went with @verizonfios so I don’t have to deal with them anymore.

    I swear to God I can't pick the phone to call Comcast to restore anything. I did call tbs once to cancel 2 broke girls cos they halved my daily portion of big bang theory for it. Can't confirm or deny if two years after my call worked

    @comcast My wife drops every 7 minutes making school and work impossible. A tech came out on Saturday, installed new router and it's signal still dropping. This has been over 2 month ordeal. Please reach out and fix this

    @tonyc920 @BoziTatarevic Not really Herbst fault here. These cars are awful. As soon as they get loose the aero effects are so bad. This is a normal bump and run in the xfinity car. Not to mention you can’t pass so like what else u suppose to do

    I never owned or used apple device. I only use cricket and Verizon is cell service. I never used work ISP except at HCA I did no wrong on it when I did. Currently April 12th 317am 2026. I don't uses others cells or services. I never used sprint, T-Mobile, Nextel, Sling, Hotspots, Roku, Firestick, or comcast I never go to instagram away from home. I never had tick tock account

    @amystreasures @1ssve In my area, we had issues all the time. I also had issues when I moved to another spot, but thankfully AT&T was just starting fiber optic so I got that and had no problems. Ending up moving again and got stuck with Comcast and started having issues again. Finally said enough and never went back.
