    So, this surprised numerous support agents and myself since I was on hold for 25 minutes for them to figure it out. @Xfinity is now forcing people to subscribe to view the free games and it's up to you to cancel before the trial is over according to the agent

    I'm having a hard time with people enjoying the #xfinity #etcommercial. It took one of the absolute final sweet, sacred memories of the 80s and dropped a steaming shit on it to make money. IT IS STILL COMCAST. It was not on homage; they wanted cord cutters to hate Xfinity less.

    Imagine it's nearly 2am in Daytona. The Xfinity race just ended after a near 3 hour delay. And you got to put on the Wawa mascot uniform to do victory lane ****. **** that.

    @jedweeks @comcastcares Yes, this is the same Baltimore office that has failed us (where’s our FIOS or municipal service as you stated?) but they do minimal lip service by making Comcast respond when notified. I suggest including the time & dates of all calls in your letter as well.

    @Rachel1Green2 @Thomas1774Paine @OANN COMCAST doesn’t offer OANN. I may get it on Roku for .99 a month. BUT I’ve been getting more real news from YouTube eg @PatriotsSoapbox 24/7. There is so much info on internet that never even gets to Fox.

    @z_drennen @comcast @Xfinity We cut the @Xfinity cord over two years ago for their TV service bit are still forced to use them for internet (sole provider for Baltimore). Anyway, I’ve had the “boxes” in my trunk for the entire time and we’re still paying $10/mo for them ($2.5/bc/mo). 1/2

    @Xfinity y’all are losing a customer. I understand with Covid things can be a little difficult, but just tell us that. Don’t give us the run around for weeks, leave us without service, then send a bill.. Yea ok

    @kam6820 @mheeqey_money @XFreeze They offer different packages, take a look on their website. I was paying $89 to Xfinity for 300mb and rarely clocking over 110mb. I got 6 months for $69 then it goes to $80 for 200mb service. Plugged it in yesterday and was clocking over 130mb just after setting it up

    @Xfinity nice to know that if you don't like your customer response you turn off their wifi in the middle of a workday. My wifi is turned off right after I talk with you. Interesting weird stuff going on at xfinity. You will pay for this. I've decided to use another service
