Update: @comcastcares has been responsive and trying to help. Apparently their process is a little convoluted and a tech needs to visit my house several times before the issue is addressed at a higher level. Waiting to see how this all goes. @comcast @comcastcares @Xfinity

@DinduApe @tacooghost I did the month to month with no equipment cost. 200-300mbs 80 a month Had it as a failover while comcast was having issues in my area.
