But the 1st tech confirmed what I told you: the problem is not under my roof. Not every tech problem is user error. Sometimes the issue is legitimately with the technology and/or provider.

I knew it would do no good but my expletive rant to three Xfinity employees from India made me feel better. I’ve been a customer for over 40 years and this has pushed me over the edge. I hate change but I’m getting old and saying goodbye Xfinity cable at $400+ per month.
