  @Ask_Spectrum I’ve chatted weekly, sometimes multiple times a week, and you guys never actually resolve anything. I got “new” equipment installed recently yet still I’m constantly having to reset the internet and WFH is damn near impossible which is insane for paying over $80/month !!

  Just drops and disconnects everything. @Ask_Spectrum , service issues one in a while is fine. But everyday this week is ridiculous, this has been going on for weeks at this point, we've called, we've talked to customer service and nothing gets done. The service just gets repaired

  Had @GetSpectrum come fix internet last week. Tech noticed I was billed $10 a month for router I don’t have. For over 5 years. Called Spectrum. We’ll take $10 off from now on. Give you $10 for last month. Her supervisor got it up to $120. Me: Call me back I am not happy
