    @sparklightcares I really hope you can help and your not just posting to make SparkLight looks good. I will check back and keep others updated as to whether you can actually help with a quicker repair. No internet- no work and no pay either.

    @sparklightcares I’m just curious how (1) it is still down after this long, and (2) how you weren’t alerted to an outage until 10:00 am when service cut out shortly after 11:00 PM. No real updates, no ETA on restoration. I wonder how fast Frontier or Comcast could have me back online?

    @sparklightcares is there a cable TV outage in 83702? Internet is connected, Wi-Fi is fine, cable channel numbers and show titles are displayed on the TV screen, but screen itself is blank/dark. Checked plugs etc. Ideas? (Tech support is backed up.)

    @sparklightcares Second one this month. Last time it was out most of a day and you sent an email the next day about a rate increase. Have had a good view of Sparklight/cableone as a customer of almost 20 years, but that’s changing.

    UPDATE: Looks like @tv.youtube.com is gonna be the best bet. $83 a month and then my city will provide HSI. Gonna save about $100 a month. **** @sparklightcares
