    @breezeline it says password token has expired even when i do it immediately after receiving the password reset email. and if i try again it says a password reset token has already been sent and to wait 15 minutes before requesting another. it is an endless loop. help me pay @breezeline!

    it is impossible to login to @breezeline to pay a bill. i have been trying for DAYS. password reset is a circular process that leads nowhere.

    @breezeline a branch took out our internet line yesterday. We called & were told someone will call at some point to fix it. Since you took over for @WOW_WAY it’s been nothing but problems. We’ll be switching again.

    Hey thanks @breezeline for shanking me down for another $85 dollars when the issue was your crappy infrastructure the whole time! Gonna switch if you don't give me a promo deal when I call retention tomorrow. Worst customer service experience ever. Go to a competitor!

    @breezeline @breezeline1 Breezeline internet is the most unstable, unreliable, and frustrating service I’ve ever experienced. It’s 2026 and even around my community has fiber except those of us stuck using Breezeline service. Constant outages and no US support. It sucks!

    @breezeline you have achieved the impossible: I am returning to Spectrum. You sent a cable tech to connect my neighbor as a new @breezeline customer this morning. Problem is: he hooked them up by unplugging my connection. …and leaving me unplugged. It. Gets. Better.

    @breezeline second message. still waiting on hold to cancel my service. 2 hours and 38 minutes to go (estimated wait time, in addition to the 40 minutes I've already waited). I see you respond to social media just as well as you answer the phone. Laughable.
