    @breezeline I've made numerous calls to support trying to reach the "loyalty" department, but my calls either drop or go unanswered. Any other way to inquire about promotional discounts for internet service? My service cost just doubled due to the expiration of my promotion.

    @breezeline Your company is the worst!!! How do you just change Ohio customers’ email addresses without letting them know and now we have to notify every contact and online bill payee!!! Spent 4 hrs on the phone with your clueless “care” team. Just pathetic and irresponsible!!

    @breezeline Worst customer service EVER!!!! Impossible to Connect my mobile line, I don’t know how many hours I have wasted calling you, 40 min right now 3 people and no one help me. Last time was 1 hr on the phone. I don’t want any service with you anymore! Chat doesn’t work either!

    @breezeline Even for a TV/internet company, Breezeline is just the worst. Turning on my TV, “account locked”. I call during business hours and then told to call back during business hours. Automatically disconnected. Now I just need to cancel!

    @breezeline are there connection issues in Cumberland, MD that aren't being addressed or acknowledged on your end? Every day since mid December our signal has been weak and spotty. Equipment less than a year old shouldnt have to be power cycled 6x a day for internet to work

    Hey @breezeline why’s it whenever a little rain/snow or some wind comes through my connection fully drops? This has been happening for months and nothing seems to be changing it’s pretty disappointing paying how much we are for a service that barely works most of the time

    If you're in an area that offers it, never get #Breezeline internet. Even if they're the only ones that offer the speeds you're looking for, like my current situation. Worst ISP on the planet, terrible customer service, and not worth the price. Overcharging for terrible services.

    @breezeline Installed Saturday. Worked for 5 minutes. Called to get the guy back. 4 hr wait to speak to a human. Supposed to call me back when it was my turn. Never got a call. Online chat no help. Appt today 8:30-12:30 window. Not here yet. Hapless. Back to Xfinity I go.

    @breezeline will you guys ever answer for my WIFI dropping around the same time every few nights with no explanation?? It has happened for the entirety of my service with you guys! You have never done anything to fix it and I am over it! I am at the point where I believe an NTC complaint is needed! You guys have continued to ignore it and when I reach out, provide no real fix!

    @60Minutes All dispatches work REMOTELY. When was the last time you called your internet provider or ANY company for ANYTHING and got someone who speak broken English you cannot understand?! Today I called. Breezeline internet cable provider and the girl was speaking SO BAD (Asian accent) that I lost patience and hung up. It’s pathetic. ALL. of IT. As if Americans can’t work as customer service or dispatchers. Sick

    @breezeline @breezeline1 Breezeline internet is the most unstable, unreliable, and frustrating service I’ve ever experienced. It’s 2026 and even around my community has fiber except those of us stuck using Breezeline service. Constant outages and no US support. It sucks!

    @breezeline is the worst of the worst internet service ever existed. They had charged me with more than $ 300 for a service I never used. I have been calling them to explain and request to refund. Each time it takes one hour to explain to a new customer rep. Still no solution.

    @breezeline it’s cruel and unusual punishment to have sales people out canvassing neighborhoods in this weather. Be realistic and no I don’t want your service. Obey the no solicitation signs.
