    OMG I hate that @WOW_WAY sold out to @breezeline the customer service is trash, they don't call back, you can't understand a 🤬 thing their saying. All they do is apologize & lie. I can't get anyone to fix my line. Wtf?

    @breezeline why can I not get through to your customer service. This is absolutely ridiculous. I went 4 days with no service. No I would like to just cancel my service and cannot get through to anyone!

    @breezeline I’m looking into switching iSPs because these bill issues are tiring, to say the least. It’s ridiculous that a new customer get internet for +/- $20 and you’re sucking money out of loyal customers.

    Oh @breezeline, you never fail to disappoint. It is sort of sad to expect daily internet outages at this point, but this is your reality.

    @breezeline when are you going to tell your customers the truth. We have now been without our internet service last Thursday. Each time we have called to find out what is going on we get a difference response. Still no help from anyone!

    @breezeline is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. My service has been down for over 24 hours with no resolution in sight. The issue is on their end but they cannot fix it and cannot send anyone out until next Tuesday.

    Hey thanks @breezeline for shanking me down for another $85 dollars when the issue was your crappy infrastructure the whole time! Gonna switch if you don't give me a promo deal when I call retention tomorrow. Worst customer service experience ever. Go to a competitor!

    @breezeline @breezeline1 Breezeline internet is the most unstable, unreliable, and frustrating service I’ve ever experienced. It’s 2026 and even around my community has fiber except those of us stuck using Breezeline service. Constant outages and no US support. It sucks!

    @breezeline you have achieved the impossible: I am returning to Spectrum. You sent a cable tech to connect my neighbor as a new @breezeline customer this morning. Problem is: he hooked them up by unplugging my connection. …and leaving me unplugged. It. Gets. Better.

    @breezeline second message. still waiting on hold to cancel my service. 2 hours and 38 minutes to go (estimated wait time, in addition to the 40 minutes I've already waited). I see you respond to social media just as well as you answer the phone. Laughable.
