@breezeline will you guys ever answer for my WIFI dropping around the same time every few nights with no explanation?? It has happened for the entirety of my service with you guys! You have never done anything to fix it and I am over it! I am at the point where I believe an NTC complaint is needed! You guys have continued to ignore it and when I reach out, provide no real fix!

@JayElleEff @breezeline Idk if it's related (I'm on the east coast) but my breezeline internet has, since Friday, had unusually low upload speeds and high jitter. I tried getting help from a tech on the site but it was a total waste of time. I've been busy since, but planning on switching soon.

@breezeline is the worst of the worst internet service ever existed. They had charged me with more than $ 300 for a service I never used. I have been calling them to explain and request to refund. Each time it takes one hour to explain to a new customer rep. Still no solution.

@breezeline 14 outage messages from Breezelineohio in 48 hours. It seems they send one out every 4 hours telling us they are STILL working on it. SO frustrating. Service agent has no idea, only apologies, no real answers. WHAT IS GOING ON????
